The Weekly Photo Draw ("Contest") is sponsored and operated by Aashish Sapkota ("Sponsor"), an independent developer and sole operator of the Estes Park Guide app.
✅ 2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
📅 3. Contest Period
Each weekly contest period runs from Monday at 12:00 AM Mountain Time through Sunday at 11:59 PM Mountain Time ("Contest Week"). The Contest is ongoing and the Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue it at any time with reasonable notice to users.
📸 4. How to Enter
To enter, upload at least one photo (trail photo, business photo, or review photo) through the Estes Park Guide app during the Contest Week. Each qualifying photo upload counts as one entry. All photo uploads — including trail photos, business photos, and review photos — are eligible.
🎉 5. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner is selected at random every Monday from all eligible entries received during the prior Contest Week. The winner will be notified via the email address associated with their Estes Park Guide account. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
☕ 6. Prize
Each weekly winner receives one (1) $10 Starbucks digital gift card, delivered via email. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at their sole discretion. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize is $10.00 USD.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each Contest Week.
📋 8. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Estes Park Guide Privacy Policy. No personal information will be shared with third parties except as required to fulfill prizes or as required by law.
⚖️ 10. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
