How do I reset my password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen. A reset link will be sent to your email.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed. You can also email us and we'll handle it for you.

How does the Weekly Photo Draw work?

Upload at least one trail or business photo during the week (Monday–Sunday). Every Monday, one eligible user is randomly selected to win a $10 Starbucks gift card. See our Official Contest Rules for full details.

Why aren't my photos showing up?

All uploaded photos go through a brief review process before appearing. This usually takes less than 24 hours.

Does the app work offline?

Yes! Trail data, maps, and photos are cached for offline use. Some features like reviews and photo uploads require an internet connection.

How does the SOS feature work?

The SOS feature sends your GPS location to your emergency contacts via SMS. Add contacts in Profile → Emergency Contacts. Note: requires cellular signal. If offline, the alert is cached and sent when connectivity is restored.

Is the app free?

Yes, Estes Park Guide is completely free to download and use.
